Third, cable laying


1. The cable temperature should not be lower than 0 °C when laying, and the cable should be preheated when the ambient temperature is lower than 0 °C.


2. Bending radius of laying:


(1) The single-core cable is not less than 20 times the outer diameter of the cable, and is not less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable.


(2) The multi-core cable is not less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable, and the armor is not less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable.


3. After the cable is laid, it should be subjected to DC withstand voltage test, and the test voltage is 4U in 15 minutes.
